We have been receiving many inquiries recently about the R1 TITAN for FD2.

The K20A installed in the FD2 has a compression ratio of 11.7, which is 0.2 higher than the DC5, and produces 112.5 horsepower per liter, which is incredible power for a naturally aspirated engine.

In addition, since 1st to 3rd gears have a low ratio, the volume tends to be louder. The noise tends to become even louder when the exhaust manifold is changed or replaced with a sports catalyst.

The R1 TITAN uses a large-capacity oval sub-silencer that is offset to reduce the volume as much as possible. The main silencer uses a bullet silencer.

However, if there are many users who would like to lower the volume even further, we are considering producing a model that uses the same oval main silencer as the original.

Even with the release of the FK8, FL5 and turbocharged Civic Type R, the FD2 has not lost its luster at all, and in fact its presence has only grown. It’s a wonderful car.
