R1TITAN is one of the titanium muffler brands with the longest history.
Not only the silencer and tail end, but all the pipes of the R1TITAN are polished, which is unique. The R1TITAN series is born as a product after a carefully calculated special design and confirmation of a definite improvement in power output.
The weight reduction, which is about half to one-sixth of the weight of a standard muffler, definitely improves performance. Titanium is almost 100% resistant to salt water and will not rust even in areas where snow melting agents are used.
Rather than simply striving for lightness, the high-rigidity titanium alloy STTI is used to improve durability in order to accommodate today’s high-powered vehicles and engines with improved thermal efficiency.
In order to earn the title of a true full titanium muffler, the R1TITAN comes with a three-piece titanium gasket, and the special bolts and nuts for the flange connection are a combination of titanium bolts and titanium nuts.
Each R1TITAN is handcrafted, and you can specify the burnt color of the tail end to best meet your needs.

Reason 2
Customize your own R1TITAN muffler according to your wishes.
In order to prepare a muffler that is optimal for the customer’s tuning stage, we can also accommodate special requests such as a main pipe with a diameter of 70Φ to 80Φ and a silencer inner pipe with a diameter of 50mm to 60mm.
We also accept requests to change the sub-silencer part to a straight pipe for closed courses.
In addition, we can give the silencer a full Scotch finish with no burnt color, install a special titanium boss for additional sensors, and extend the tail to fit aftermarket bumpers.
Further updates to the R1TITAN are possible because it is handcrafted. We would like to help each and every customer create their own unique piece.
